Radiata Stories: The Epic of Jack by Fujikawa Yuka

algandarsplaguepositive:

"This is a space built for fun, by the gods who created Radiata. Only the strongest are allowed here. Step forward into a new, different world. W-What!? Wha… What lies ahead is like nothing you have experienced so far. Do not enter if you do not want to have all your illusions shattered. Hey! Stop using my mouth for this!" —Jack Russell

I wonder if this is what Jack would look like if he got the transpiritation ritual instead of Ridley.

We fairy creatures lived for centuries in ignorance of war. Are we capable of standing against the war-loving human hordes?

There is something uniquely sad about the transient nature of the human life. Compared to the other nonhumans, they may as well be bugs - there for a moment and gone again in a flash. And they are oft treated as such. There is such arrogance in nonhumans, such disdain for these poor, struggling children who have to fight tooth and nail to leave even the smallest mark on the world.
And for all the faults and the struggles, I love them. But there is one thing to remember…

…You can love a whole but not a single piece, for then you will find your own downfall in the very ephemeral traits you adore.
Hi lets talk about Lucian/Larks ship okay??? Sounds good to me

Well, well, you’ve made a complete recovery. Such resilience! Just like a cockroach.
